What is the difference between Baojiu fast gate motor A1 and A2 series?

1. Motor performance
A1 Series:
It adopts ordinary asynchronous motors, which are suitable for scenarios with a daily switching frequency of ≤300 times (such as small warehouses and shops).
The temperature rise control is general (70°C allowed), and interval cooling is required for continuous operation.
A2 series:
Equipped with permanent magnet synchronous motor (some models), the efficiency is increased by 15%, and it supports 24-hour uninterrupted operation.
Built-in temperature sensor, automatic overheating frequency reduction protection.

2. Intelligent control
A1 Series:
Basic functions: infrared collision avoidance, manual emergency stop.
There is no data interface, and it cannot be connected to the intelligent system.
A2 series:
Support PLC programming, can set multiple speeds (such as close deceleration, full speed in the middle).
Optional IoT module (remote monitoring of switch frequency, fault alarm).
3. Environmental adaptability
A1 Series:
Working temperature: -10°C~ 50°C, humidity ≤85%.
Not recommended for use in dusty and corrosive environments.
A2 series:
Wide temperature design (-30°C~ 60°C), optional explosion-proof model (Ex dII.CT4).

Choose A1 series:

Choose A2 series:

✅ Data networking or precise positioning is required
